Shipping Information:
A shipping quote will be supplied upon order of product. We ship through ground carriers such as USPS, UPS or FED EX.  Large items are transported via freight. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell.  Any shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery (please read Return Policy below).  Please keep all packing material for inspection by shipper.  Damage must be noted on shipping slip. 

All sales on custom made orders are final and cannot be returned.  Be sure to check all measurements and read product descriptions carefully before ordering. We are able to provide samples and phone assistance to ensure you are well acquainted with our product before your purchase.  Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.  If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.  If there is any dissatisfaction with our product, please contact us by e-mail within 24 hours at customerservice@bestwindowscreen.com.
            You must meet the following requirements to return any item:

  1. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be received via e-mail from customerservice@bestwindowscreen.com before returning stock items.  Please include your name, original order number, and the product(s) you are returning,  or call us at (866) 810-5376. We will give you a RAN and a return address.
  2. Only stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Stock items must be in new condition; otherwise, we cannot accept the return.
  4. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the distribution center address provided for you by customerservice@bestwindowscreen.com
  5. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return.  It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.

Please Note: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will issue a credit for the original purchase price only to the credit card used for the purchase.
